Documentary video explores EV adoption in Ӱ
A documentary video that explores electric vehicle, or EV, adoption in Ӱ will
premier in Anchorage next month.
“Electrified Ӱ,” created by in collaboration with Ӱ’s own award-winning Channel Films, shares insights from Ӱ fleet managers, utilities, state and local agencies. See how Ӱ companies are incorporating EVs on the job site, hear firsthand experiences from operators and learn how local and state administrators are managing EV adoption and enabling consumer choice
The 30-minute video screening will be followed by a 30-minute panel discussion and networking opportunity.
The project was funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. The project collaborators include Ӱ Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Ӱ Energy Authority, Chugach Electric Association, Delta Leasing, Kotzebue Electric Association, Native Village of Kotzebue, and others, including ACEP’s Michelle Wilber.
When: Thursday, June 5, 2025. Doors open at 1:30 p.m., the program begins at 2:00 p.m.
