Collaboration with Pakistan University Possible on Biomass Energy
Cooperative Extension Energy Faculty, Art Nash, recently traveled to Islamabad, Pakistan to attend the and meet with Pakistani biomass professors on a plan to utilize the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Experiment Farm laboratory with ongoing gasification training/testing for remote areas.
While presenting on 20-30kw biomass electrical generation, Nash introduced a short movie featuring ACEP Biomass Coordinator, Amanda Byrd, about biomass in ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
The conference was also attended by ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Geological Engineering Professor, Debu Misra, from the College of Engineering and Mines.
Nash is confident that collaboration opportunities will develop as the relationship between ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ and (NUST) is solidified.
