Provost Henrichs to retire
Provost Susan Henrichs announced she will retire in June 2018. Henrichs, who has worked at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ for 35 years, said she is making this announcement now to allow for a thorough search for her replacement and to help with a transition plan.

URSA accepting applications for fall student travel awards

Undergraduate students can apply for travel awards of up to $2,000 for presenting their work at a conference, meeting or congregation of their peers and professionals in their field.

Free weekly shopping shuttles
The shopping isn't free but the shuttle is! Fairbanks-based students can take a free weekly shuttle to shop at West Fred and Walmart.

Support services for first-generation, low-income, or students with disabilities
If you are enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, take six credits or more, and are a first-generation or low-income student, or you are a student who experiences a disability, you qualify for Student Support Services.
