During the month of October, the University of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Fairbanks is joining law enforcement agencies throughout the Interior for a food drive to benefit the Fairbanks Community Food Bank. Donations of nonperishable food or cash donations can be dropped off at the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Police Department. ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ departments can also set up donation boxes in their own areas and can contact the police department at 474-7721 for pickup. Download a .

In addition to helping combat hunger in the Interior, the Fairbanks Community Food Bank provides as-needed support to the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ student food pantry.
