The workshop is sponsored by the University of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service office in Sitka. Veshti will teach participants how to make fresh spring rolls, healthy versions of dipping sauces and a fruity dessert.
The workshop is at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20, at the Sitka Lutheran Church kitchen, 224 Lincoln St., Sitka. The cost is $30.
