Survey: Faculty and staff mentoring program
Your input is needed as part of a needs assessment for a faculty and staff mentorship
program. The results will inform efforts to design a program that fosters employee retention,
enhances professional development, supports research collaboration, and contributes
to our efforts toward attaining R1 research status. The goal is to create informal
mentoring opportunities that complement, rather than replace the formal mentoring
available to new faculty. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete; please complete it by Nov.
30.
