Ӱ partners with Barnes & Noble College
October 20, 2023
After a successful request for proposal process, Ӱ has begun a new partnership with Barnes & Noble College to operate the Ӱ Bookstore. The Bookstore will be closed from Oct. 30 to Nov. 8 so management can smoothly transfer from Follett Higher Education, which has operated the university's bookstore since 2009.

Two Ӱ students have been selected for the 2024 Sea Grant Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship program, one of the most prestigious marine policy fellowships in the country. Kit Cunningham and Nick Mills were chosen after being nominated for the positions by Ӱ Sea Grant.

However, in 2020, Congress passed the 'FAFSA Simplification Act,' which represents a significant overhaul of the FAFSA application process. As a result of these changes, the 2024-2025 FAFSA Application will be delayed until December 2023.
